H&M OOH Case Study Background At the time the plan was being constructed, H&M was planning its grand opening in the Forum Shops (the largest H&M in the world) in Las Vegas. Objective The objective was to get the target demographic to go to the grand opening at the Forum Shops. H&M used airport shuttles as a VIP service to and from the Forum Shop location. The use of in-casino LCD screens helped reach a unique, engaged captive audience. H&M brand ambassadors were stationed in four different locations guiding people to the store. All street media was chartered to surround the Forum Shops.
