Skagit Valley College Mt. Vernon, WA Harris Group provided mechanical design services for the HVAC, plumbing and sprinkler system of an existing 33,000 square foot single story building as well as renovating 23,000 square feet of the same building. A new grease waste system was designed for the kitchen to bring it to code requirements. Finally, the temperature control system was designed for the 23,000-square foot re-model and connected via the LAN to the existing workstation in the maintenance building. The Challenge: The Campus Center building is one of Skagit Valley College’s charter buildings.
