BURGE RESIDENCE HALL REMODEL FOOD SERVICE AREA University of Iowa This project consists of the complete renovation of the east campus dining facilities into a food court style facility at Burge Residence Hall at the University of Iowa. The project included the phased replacement of the majority of the HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems serving this facility. The existing dining facility was required to remain in operation and continue to serve meals to the east campus throughout the construction period.
