Bupa Arabia addressed the challenge of keeping employees engaged and fulfilling their need for continuous learning during the pandemic. Many employees sought both technical and soft skills development, and LinkedIn Learning provided the solution. Bupa created learning paths with recognition for top learners and required completion of one path before starting another. LinkedIn Learning Hub’s features helped prioritize key skills for 2022. Despite remote work, the program made learning accessible, and 87% of users were activated, with 61% becoming repeat learners. Employees averaged 1.3 hours of learning per month, fostering a strong learning culture.
