Employee Engagement Strategies in Today’s Enterprises
This survey by Gatepoint Research, sponsored by Workday, polled 200 executives on employee engagement strategies. It found that 41% view current employee feedback methods as ineffective. Major challenges include employee unresponsiveness (50%) and doubts about feedback honesty (39%). Key areas needing better insight are diversity and inclusion measurement, continuous benchmarks, and confidential manager-employee conversations (all at 50%). Top workforce goals for the next year include reducing employee attrition (53%), improving employee experience (50%), fostering diversity and belonging (41%), and increasing engagement/productivity (36%). The report highlights the ongoing need for more effective, integrated feedback solutions to drive engagement and inclusivity.
