Unhappy with this, Y ouTube decided to perform multivariate testing on the website’ s homepage, aiming to increasing the rate of account sign ups. T o design and develop this test Y ouTube approached VKI Studios - now Cardinal Path. YOUTUBE CASE STUDY YouTube’s traffic provided us with the opportunity to devise a massive multivariate test, containing over 1,000 variations. This experiment involved testing the graphical treatment of the signup call-to-actions (CTAs), along with different benefits which accompanied said CTAs.
