Ventura Foods Introduces a White Glove Customer Experience with Salesforce and AllCloud
Ventura Foods, a major US food manufacturer, wanted to modernize its sales process and deliver a white glove customer experience but was constrained by six disconnected systems, duplicate data entry and email-based collaboration. Partnering with AllCloud, it implemented Salesforce Sales Cloud and Consumer Goods Cloud, integrated Informatica Cloud and a new data warehouse, and added a custom interface to capture co-developed product details. With strong change management and training, Ventura Foods achieved near 100 percent adoption, unified data, improved forecasting, strengthened cross-team collaboration and gained full visibility into customer relationships.
