CheckFreePay provides over 600 payment locations within SRP’s service area, offering fast, secure payments with real-time account validation and the ability to handle large payments and offer change. This solution improved customer satisfaction by reducing wait times and providing more payment options. SRP now processes $4-5 million in monthly payments, with plans for future growth and continued customer experience improvements.
