CASE STUDY SOLUTION The overall objective was to support the client in measuring the value the employees were bringing to the business as a vital component to monitor the health of the organisation and as a basis for repositioning the brand. ? Comprehensive HR benchmarking services The client needed to gain in-depth knowledge of the costs incurred by employees including the roles in the restaurant/kitchen as well as central roles such as procurement. Sannam S4 undertook a major exercise of collecting data from 10 peer organisations across 10 cities. We collected over 10,000 quantitative data points and a variety of qualitative information. We then prepared an analysis that demonstrated the likely costs of each of the roles and how they varied by location and restaurant type
