Digital Health Systems in Africa

Pages 16 Pages

Africa’s young, tech-savvy population, rising NCD burden, and climate threats are driving demand for digital health innovation. Rwanda stands out with strong government commitment, early EHR rollout, and community health worker programs. To succeed, Africa must build sustainable financing, expand open-source mHealth, and implement future-fit systems that address both infectious and chronic diseases.
