Retail and consumer goods companies accelerated digital transformation during the pandemic to meet rising eCommerce and supply chain demands. However, 47% still struggle to integrate end-user experiences, citing security, complexity, and outdated systems as top barriers. While 46% now expose internal assets for reuse and 42% share APIs externally, only 43% of projects were delivered last year—costing an average of \$6.4M per failed initiative. API-led integration enables reuse, faster delivery, and connected experiences, generating up to 38% of revenue. Success now hinges on agility, collaboration, and secure modernization.
