Small Shops, Big Impact: Driving Loyalty in the Auto Aftermarket
This report highlights how small, independent auto repair shops are key to brand loyalty and channel success in the aftermarket industry. Despite being vital players, nearly half don’t engage in incentive programs due to complexity, lack of awareness, or perceived low impact. Yet 82% say loyalty programs help meet business goals, especially in tackling labor shortages, high costs, and supply disruptions. To drive engagement, manufacturers must simplify programs, expand incentivized training, streamline consumer rebate processes, and offer standout rewards like incentive travel, which 70% of respondents find highly motivating.
