TA leaders outperform laggards by leveraging more tools, metrics, and strategic alignment. AI and predictive analytics are expected to transform hiring via job description writing, chatbots, and interview scheduling. While most integrate 2–5 paid TA tools, over half plan no new purchases, balancing consolidation with selective adoption to improve efficiency and competitiveness.
