A 2021 IQVIA survey found 78% of pharma companies using hybrid engagement reported needing improvement across multiple areas, with 40% citing gaps in all. Pilot results in the UK and Ireland show strengths in people and performance management but weaknesses in content and change management. The HEI helps organizations evaluate, benchmark, and evolve hybrid engagement models.
