1 PagesKKB GROUP INNOVATIVE REGENERATION SERVICES KKB carried out the enabling works remediation and subsequent construction of the new builder’s merchant yard and storage/sales building in Lower Rd, Northfleet,Kent. The works also included the re alignment and reconstruction and of the public highway which formed the access road to the site and the other business in the area. The site was located on brownfield land which had most recently been used as a lorry park but previously as a depot for mixed used industry. We initially carried out the site investigation work including desk study and intrusive site investigation.
