Using custom data created through Kameleoon, visitors were attributed points, based on their behavior on the website. This was used to understand what product categories they were most interested in. The more points a visitor has for a specific product category, the more likely they are to be truly interested in that area, increasing the probability that they will make a purchase when offered relevant discounts.
