The Challenge When private equity group Rutland Partners bought Pizza Hut Restaurants (PHR) in 2012, it was on the strength of a plan to transform the business. In 2013 PHR set out to design their greatest and most visually stunning restaurant ever, with a market leading design and a completely new look and feel to take the brand back to the front of the casual dining market.
