TJ Evers has successfully completed its third project at the Colchester Royal Grammar School and has built a new bespoke Science building providing science classrooms and IT suites. The scheme comprised of the demolition of existing science block and the construction of a new science building including the upgrade of the schools site wide infrastructure. The demoliton of the existing science building was in the heart of the school and within a conservation area. The site was surrounded by classrooms with teaching facilities on three sides and the schools main playground on the other.
