Having real time access to data enables the customer to make decisions whilst resource is still on site. This offers a considerable saving in the network delivery process cycle and reduces the need for costly site re-visits. Our challenge The Network Expansion project is the delivery and installation of completely new cells sites that support the expansion of the 4G network and provides additional footprint for the upcoming 5G densification programmes. The number of sites to be delivered is aggressive and therefore requires a smooth transitional process of thoroughly checking new sites builds against the customer standards but not holding up the process.
