Westway Terminals Grays Harbor, WA Harris Group served as engineer-of-record for Westway Terminals’ greeneld development of a liquid storage terminal in Grays Harbor, Washington. This facility includes four 80-Mbbl internal oating roof storage tanks, marine unloading capability, a 20-railcar industry track for outbound rail shipments, tank truck bottom loading rack, and a vapor control system. Harris Group provided complete engineering services on this project, including site use and environmental permitting, detailed design, procurement support, and construction support.
