Ross Oil Terminal | Harris Group Inc. Statoil - Brigham Oil & Gas Detailed engineering for a greenfield oil terminal in North Dakota. The Ross Oil Terminal is a pipeline to pipeline transfer facility with short-term oil storage and truck unloading. Equipment at the site includes a pipeline pig receiver, a pig launcher, an incoming skidded meter assembly, (2) truck off-loading stations at 10,000 bbl/day (24 hour basis), a 40,000 bbl storage (with space for a second), complete secondary containment, an outgoing LACT assembly, pipeline delivery pumps, a high BS & W storage tank with transfer pump, driver shack, a packaged MCC unit, operational office, and site infrastructure. Terminal design was initially 20,000 bbl/day with expansion capability to 40,000 bbl/day. Harris Group provided a full
