! ! Challenge Pacific had to construct and fit out to an extremely tight deadline a brand new McDonald’s restaurant in the Winter Garden extension at Glasgow’s flagship Silverburn shopping mall. It was the first in Scotland to feature the fast-food company’s new conveyor belt food delivery system and it was the first in the country to feature the new “Wood and Stone” decor theme. Approach Pacific drew on their almost unmatched experience of delivering numerous demanding projects for McDonald’s to deadline and to budget. The outlet was handed over to the clients at the end of June, 2015, just seven weeks after the project was started.
