! ! Challenge Pacific had to construct from the ground up and fit out to an extremely high standard the first-ever McDonald’s restaurant in the town of Leven in Fife. Furthermore, this outlet would be of an imposing size and feature a double drive-thru. As main contractors, Pacific steered the project from the installation of the foundations right through to the final site clean-up and handover at the end of January, 2019. Approach Pacific were acutely aware that this “first-in-the-area” diner had to strike the correct visual appeal and offer all the features common to McDonald’s outlets that would ensure that it would be a success with customers.
