Liverpool Road Health Centre, Luton - Fire engineering & other services Rolton Group was appointed directly by the client to undertake professional services in respect of fire engineering, electrical building services, contract administration (lead consultant), project management and CDM coordinator. Following a fire engineering report and recommendations for remedial works in terms of the fire engineering services and fire compartmentalisation, Rolton Group Ltd were appointed to oversee and undertake the full and detailed design for the replacement of the existing fire detection and alarm system and emergency lighting all in accordance with BS5839-1:2002, HTM 05-03, BS5266-1:2005 and Construction (Design & Management) Regulations.
