Moulton Parish Council, New Community Centre Rolton Group was appointed by Moulton Parish Council to provide mechanical and electrical engineering services to support delivery of the new build Moulton Community Centre. Our appointment was based on single stage design and build procurement method whereby we provided performance design information upto and including RIBA Stage D/E. Commissioned by Moulton Parish Council, this much needed £2.6 million two-storey community centre brings together a range of facilities including small and large function halls and dedicated function room spaces available for hire, a café, library, meeting rooms and office space.
