Laing O'Rourke Façade Rig Location Worksop Programme 2014 - 2015 Sectors DfMA Client Laing O'Rourke Appointments Multidisciplinary design & Design for Manufacture and Assembly Bryden Wood were asked to design a Façade rig to be located at the LOR Explore facility near Worksop. The rig is a steel structure with adjustable decks to simulate dierent oor levels to which unitised Façade sections may be attached for training and display purposes. The steel structure had to be practical in use, promoting health and safety while providing a dramatic visual statement near the entrance to the Explore complex.
