Peter Brett (PBA) | Collegelands Student Housing Development, Glasgow Collegelands is a designated regeneration area to the east of Glasgow city centre, designed to bring a substantial plot of former railway and industrial land back into active use. PBA is the lead consultant for the design of a new 432-bedroom student residence, which was given planning permission in August 2015. PBA provided project management, planning, transportation, civil, structural and mechanical & electrical engineering services, in addition to co-ordinating the design and application process.
