Peter Brett (PBA) | Exxon Site Development, Scotland West Dunbartonshire Council was keen to explore access options to the former oil terminal Exxon site at Bowling, near Dumbarton in order to increase its attractiveness for development. Opening up the site for development was essential in enabling the release of developable land that would help to support the local economy. PBA assisted in the preparation of a business case for City Deal funding for the delivery of the project. This also involved development of a masterplan to map out a blueprint for the land-use proposals for the development and detailed design of the access infrastructure.
