The aim of the secure container is to fully segregate business and personal data. All the corporate data is stored on the terminal device in an encrypted format — either as an encrypted file or in a database. Files are given a generated name that cannot be linked to their contents. Mobile devices often present numerous weaknesses or attack vectors in their applications, interfaces or hardware, which may lead to unauthorised access to sensitive data. This is why MailZen Enterprise strictly segregates corporate data from personal data on the devices. The data can remain separate thanks to the encrypted secure container. Access to the device does not need to take place via the Mobile Device Management system.
