During a conversation with the IT Manager at a leading Dutch food production company, it quickly became clear that there was more to discuss than implementing a Network Access Control (NAC) solution. We arranged a follow up workshop with the IT Manager and the relevant stakeholders within the IT department to uncover their primary challenges, and helped to uncover the three pressing issues: • Adding 2-factor authentication to protect the internal Windows servers from unauthorised access • Providing more secure access to on-premises applications to employees that work away from the office • Delivering more secure access to on-premises applications to support engineers working for the vendors of those systems
