Delinea’s Designated Support Engineer (DSE) service provides personalized, proactive technical support tailored to each client’s environment. Each DSE manages a limited number of accounts, ensuring deep familiarity with customers’ goals, configurations, and challenges. They conduct case reviews, assist with escalations, and handle major incidents to ensure rapid resolution. Working alongside Technical Account Managers in the Premium+ tier, DSEs combine technical execution with strategic alignment. This collaboration enhances incident management, product optimization, and training while ensuring documentation accuracy and continuous improvement in customer support efficiency.
