Many saved passwords in unencrypted files on the cloud, computers, or phones. Weak practices included using employer or family names and reusing passwords across accounts. Sharing was common, with 46% reporting workplace password sharing, often via insecure channels like email or text. These behaviors create compliance risks and make organizations vulnerable to breaches.
