Cloud use remains strong, but 46% expect to repatriate workloads to improve performance and compliance. Cybersecurity remains critical, with 43% reporting breaches and an average recovery time of 11 days. Most organizations (86%) have platform engineering teams, and 87% say ESG goals significantly shape IT investment decisions.
