Among 8,153 companies, 51% used at least two analytics tags, with some running up to five. Notably, 3,904 companies were double-tagging with Gtag and GTM. Google Tag Manager and Google Global Site were the most common tag managers. The average site had 17.75 cookies, with Media, Retail, and Software industries exceeding 25. Europe leads in reducing 3rd-party cookies compared to the U.S.
