Cloud-native architectures generate data beyond human capacity (87%), driving up log storage costs (85%) and reducing time for innovation (82%). Most retailers use 12 platforms and 12 observability tools, yet only 8% of applications are fully observable. To address this, 77% plan to involve business teams in tech decisions, 71% have adopted AIOps, and 82% will evaluate AI maturity in future vendor partnerships.
