We asked 31 Office Managers nine open-ended questions regarding 2021 and 2022... They told us in detail about their concerns, plans, priorities, goals, and much more. What did we learn? We can only say 3 things for sure: #1 – 2021 was hard. We know, we know. If you hear the phrase “uncertain times” yet again, you’ll vomit faster than a 9 year old with an oversensitive gag reflex giving bite impressions. But that’s kind of all there is to say, and we heard it from you loud and clear. Almost everyone struggled. That said, despite how much we have in common, we also relearned that.
