Volkert provided planning, survey, and environmental services to help realize this vision for a premier resort on the Alabama Gulf Coast featuring retail, tourism, condominiums, hotels, entertainment, and recreation including a theater, an amphitheater, and a 228- slip marina. Volkert services included master planning/zoning, environmental permitting, survey services, landscape architecture, and engineering site design for all utilities and roadways for over two hundred acres of waterfront property.
