Seymour Research have been Snap users since March 2012. The challenge Seymour Research won a project to undertake a CCG Patient Survey. The survey was required in both online and paper format. Seymour Research planned to use Snap Survey Software in house to manage the online survey and analyse the data, however it was anticipated that a significant number of replies would be received from the paper survey, and Seymour needed our help to process replies.
