Bournemouth Borough Council Tenants and Residents survey The Challenge Bournemouth Borough Council regularly survey their tenants and residents to identify where improvements may be necessary, and to monitor whether new resources and initiatives are making a difference to residents’ lives. Bournemouth Borough Council use postal surveys in order to target households and to ensure a representative sample by ward across the borough is achieved. The council planned to build the questionnaire and analyse the survey data themselves, but needed help printing and mailing the questionnaire to a representative sample of tenants and residents.
