THE SITUATION “We are constantly improving and updating our processes to optimize our operational efficiency and to create added value for our clients,” said Daniel Zawadzki, IWMS Project Leader at RGM. “To achieve this, we need technologies and solutions that support our services and speed up the process.” RGM’s existing IT tools and individual solutions no longer met these requirements and were technically obsolete. “User acceptance was declining, we could no longer respond fast enough to changing market circumstances and the Total Costs of Ownership (TCOs) were too high,” said Zawadzki. RGM needed a central, standardized and process-driven IWMS solution, which would suit all locations and projects, and would offer an online portal where clients could easily submit a report.
