They were finding that, for example, AutoCAD ® drawings were being misplaced or were not updated as they had no central database. The Campus Development, IT, and FM departments decided to jointly embark on the buying process. “Gartner’s independent survey seemed to be the logical starting point”, commented Haslinda Shamsudin, Project Manager, Office of Campus Development.
