THE SITUATION “Our organization has been pursuing a SAP-only policy for several years,” says René Kleintjens, Information Manager of the Facilities Unit. “So, when the entire organization switched to an ERP solution in 2003, the Facilities Unit really had to show why we wanted to use a separate Facility Management Information System (FMIS). And, we did so successfully.
