The company has grown substantially through regional acquisitions, so most of its marketing has been local, ad-hoc and lacked cohesion between business lines and geographic markets. APPROACH Working with the global marketing and comms lead, we have built an infrastructure for global campaigns and content. This includes a steady flow of corporate news, thought leadership and case study content in the business lines – aviation fuel, bitumen and lubricants – as well as global campaigns that can be activated in the regions.
