CASE STUDY Petro Chemical Facility Waste Water Lagoon 1,500 Foot Perimeter A Petro Chemical Plant was experiencing odor from a large evaporative lagoon. Initially they elected to use a water canon with an aerosol odor neutralizer. As the winter began in Colorado they realized the water based aerosol system would not work and investigated an alternative odor control solution. The solution was a waterless vapor perimeter odor control system. A 1,500 foot perforated hose was placed around the evaporative lagoon. A two man crew set the hose and placed the system in operation in two days.
