SELECTION CRITERIA: Customer needed a simple way to put quality traceability codes on bulk packs of paper cups and lids for retail sale. They did not want to use inkjet printers. ID TECHNOLOGY PROPOSAL OR SOLUTION: Knowing that the customer did not want to use inkjet, the ID Technology Regional Manager brought in an iCON Laser for demonstration and testing. The customer was impressed with both the simplicity of the equipment and the clean mark the laser left on the product.
