Challenge NPS knew they needed to recruit over 600 Trainee Probation Officers over seven months. It was a massive challenge – one we would have to break down into phases. This would make volume candidate management easier and give each candidate a better recruitment experience. The size of the project also meant working very closely with NPS on some intense scoping and design. And it involved the whole Havas team: Engage ATS, attraction, media, digital, social media, learning and development resource management and assessment delivery. Solution We designed a competency framework and developed an attraction campaign to highlight key messages. We featured those across a rich variety of media and into a microsite.
