New York Maintenance Project Description: IRD currently maintains twenty-six (26) permanent Counting and Classication Data Collection sites for the State of New York Department of Transportation (DOT). This is a long-term service and maintenance program with the State DOT that will provide operational readiness of 95% or better from the Data Collection systems. Phase II of the project, to service and maintain forty-ve (45) existing Data Collection sites, has been ongoing since contract award. Performance Based Contracts ensure that a contractor has an obligation to maintain a level of operational readiness to a specied minimum level of performance during the term of the contract.
