The company needed a new and more attractive ecommerce platform that would help increase conversion and revenue, and o?er an improved customer journey, allowing consumers to purchase warranties to protect their appliances, via any device. Built on IBM WebSphere Commerce, the site is fully responsive and available across multiple platforms including mobile. Domestic & General now has a scalable solution that can be easily rolled out to other key markets in Germany, Spain, Italy, France and Australia.
