Network Rail - London North West, civil maintenance framework – Clancy Docwra Overview: This was a two year framework agreement in partnership with Network Rail, to manage and implement the maintenance and repair of stations, bridges, culverts, embankments, drains and other structures throughout North West London. The scope of work included analysing options, developing single solutions to target cost, and detailed design plus construction of the works for a portfolio of structures. Challenges: The route had a significant number of structures with an age profile ranging between 50 and 180 years old.
