Used since the building’s inception, QFM supports planned preventative maintenance (PPM), real-time job tracking, and efficient staff utilization, leading to measurable cost savings. The system also optimizes conference room scheduling, supports sustainability goals, and ensures compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. NOC is introducing QFM’s Dynamic Forms for real-time service feedback and improved performance monitoring. By integrating QFM, NOC ensures operational efficiency, asset longevity, and world-class facilities for education and research.
